your new favorite yoga booty flow - a 25 minute fun workout

Today I'm switching up my usual blog post focused on holistic nutrition tips and recipes. Instead, today I"m sending you a quick yet intense yoga "booty" flow that will make you burn in just 25 minutes, yet you'll also get a good, much-needed stretch.

NOTE: I filmed the class in Spanish but I'll be filming a similar class again in English, so if you want the English video, reply to this email and/or comment over at the blog so I can send it to you once I have it.

This flow is the perfect workout for a day when you only have 1/2 an hour but want something effective that works you entire body (yet in a gentle way) with an emphasis on core and your "booty". I would consider it intermediate level as it has a lot of CORE work (that require core strength) but it's really OPEN LEVEL and I would just recommend beginners / anyone with back issues or little ab strength / pregnant and post partum mamas etc to modify and lower the knees in any/all of the plank and push-up positions, and you also have the option to skip the "chaturangas" (low pushups) and go straight to downward dog or child's pose.
